Looking for a clean, responsible, and sociable flatmate for my lovely double bedroom in my cozy and modern flat in Palmers Green!
The room:
• Spacious double bedroom with lots of natural light
• Fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, desk & chair, mini fridge, TV
• A small sofa will be placed adjacent to the bed, and the TV will be mounted above the fireplace.
It’s a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom flat spread over two floors. You’ll be sharing the downstairs bathroom with just one person(me), while the upstairs room has its own private bathroom.
The flat is conveniently located close to local amenities:
• PureGym: 3-minute walk
• Sainsbury’s: 3-minute walk
• Morrisons: 6-minute walk
• Palmers Green Station: 7-minute walk
• Yaşar Halim: 10-minute walk
There are also several nice restaurants and pubs nearby.
Me, I’m a lawyer working regular office hours, Monday to Friday. After work, I like to unwind—usually with some TV or a session at the gym.
The upstairs ensuite room is currently occupied by Kyra, who enjoys cooking and working out. She’s easygoing and fun to be around.
We occasionally hang out over dinner or a film, but also respect each other’s space.
Monday to Friday option is also considered! (with £600 rent PM)
