Double Room in Palmers Green

Hi!

I'm looking for a clean, responsible, and sociable Monday to Friday flatmate for a lovely double bedroom in my cosy and modern flat in Palmers Green. This arrangement would be ideal for a professional who works in London during the week and returns home at weekends.

The room:
• Spacious double bedroom with lots of natural light
• Fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, desk & chair, mini fridge and TV
• A small sofa will be placed adjacent to the bed, and the TV will be mounted above the fireplace

The flat itself is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom property spread over two floors. You would be sharing the downstairs bathroom with just one person (me), whilst the upstairs bedroom has its own private bathroom.

The flat is conveniently located close to local amenities:

• PureGym – 3-minute walk
• Sainsbury's – 3-minute walk
• Morrisons – 6-minute walk
• Palmers Green Station – 7-minute walk
• Yaşar Halim – 10-minute walk

I drive to work most mornings and pass by Wood Green Station, so I can usually offer a lift if that helps with your commute.

There are also plenty of nice restaurants, cafés and pubs nearby.

A little about the household:

I'm a lawyer working regular office hours, Monday to Friday. Outside of work I enjoy going to the gym, watching TV, and occasionally playing PS5 (always happy to have someone to play with too!).

The upstairs en-suite room is currently occupied by Klaudia, who is originally from Poland. She works as a restaurant manager and is genuinely lovely — friendly, considerate, clean, and easy to get along with. We occasionally have dinner together or play PlayStation together or have a chat after work, but we also respect each other's space, privacy, and routines

The flat has a friendly, relaxed and respectful atmosphere, so I'm looking for someone with a similar mindset who appreciates a clean and peaceful home environment.
