Great residential area close to green space including the adjacent river path. Near Broomfield Park with it's sports and recreation facilities, lakes and boat pond amongst. Broomfield Park is also a main cycle route on Green Lanes.
Shops, coffee shops and restaurants and a local gym all within short walk.
For drivers, we are well positioned for access to main road arterials (A406 North Circular Road and A10).

Palmers Green rail nearby for Great Northern trains to Finsbury Park & Moorgate.
Short bus or walk to the Piccadilly line at Wood Green/Bounds Green (super handy)
Regular local routes to Wood Green/Turnpike Lane and towards the City
