Single room available in lovely Victorian flat with 2 bedrooms from end of October. Females preferred please.

All mod coms available eg. washing machine, broadband, electric oven, shower etc. Looking for quiet, clean and mature lodger who is respectful. No visitors allowed.

I work part time and I am friendly, and enjoy yoga, theatre, reading, nice restaurants, coffee culture, art and galleries and travelling.

The flat is in a nice residential area near local amenities , gyms, supermarkets, independent shops etc with great transport links and a great location for Bounds Green on the Piccadilly line and Bowes Park train station. It has a friendly community feel and there are lovely parks within walking distance.
