There is a shared kitchen, dining room shared There is also access to the garden and line drying facilities.
The house has complimentary fast fibre Optic Wifi facility with excellent 24 hour connection.
The house is situated in Palmers Green London N13 and is only 4 minutes’ walk to the nearest bus stop. Many buses to Wood Green tube station and there is also a night bus 29 running 24 hours into central London. You can walk to wood green tube 15 minutes walk. Otherwise it is a 5 minute bus ride.
There are many 24 hour shops and restaurants nearby. Also banks, post office, supermarkets, parks, swimming pools, sports centres and fashion shops to suit everybody's taste.
The rooms are rented at a monthly basis and a refundable deposit. There is a Licence Agreement and an agreed period of tenure. Access is 24 hours. The house is clean, quiet and secure. manager and partner live separately downstairs Friendly and professional academic British people.
