Large double room 3 mins walk Palmers Green St.

Hello

I have a large spacious double room which is available now.

It's in a house on the main high street Green Lanes, 3 minutes walk from Palmers green train station which has quick connections to central London. The room itself is at the back so it's very quiet.

Price includes all bills. There is complimentary highspeed WIFI which can be used by everyone in the house.

There is one toilet shared between three bedrooms (3 people) including this room. There is a large kitchen shared between everyone.

The people in the house are aged between 22 - 37 are all very friendly, respectful and clean and I'd like to find someone similar so we can maintain a good atmosphere in the house.

The room is fully furnished, with a large mirrored wardrobe and a large chest of drawers where you can put a TV. There's room for other furniture if you have something such as a sofa or desk.

I'm looking for a single person occupant, but will consider a couple.

The area is really great with many cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and shops only a minute away.
