We are looking for somebody who has the following qualities:
- Aged between 20-40
- preferably a non-smoker (no smoking allowed in the house)
- professional person
- clean
- not too loud
- conscientious of other housemates
Rent includes all bills and wifi. Also covers the cost of a cleaner, depending on her availability. The room is fully furnished, with a large amount of built in wardrobe space. Double glazing has just been installed so the room is nice and cozy.
One, month's deposit and rent in advance.
