1. The flat is conveniently located within a 5-minute walk of Piccadilly Line tube stations (Park Royal) and Hanger Lane (Central Line), ensuring easy access to various places in the city. Bus stop 226 is in front of the flat. Westfield is 15 minutes away, Marble Arch is 30 minutes, and Heathrow Airport is 20 minutes by train, 40 minutes by car.
2. It's also just a 12-minute stroll to the Central Line station (Hanger Lane), providing additional transportation options.
3. Enjoy a beautiful balcony and park, perfect for relaxing, dining, or sunbathing.
4. The room is ensuite with a spacious bathroom, super king bed, and a bathtub for your comfort.
5. Meet Poppy, a 6kg white cute & funny Chihuahua who can spice up your life and enhance your EQ. He provides affection and free animal therapy. He is cute and very clean, washed twice a day and shaved every week.
6. There are lovely parks (with private access) both in front and behind the building. These private spaces feature waterfalls, areas to relax or play, have a picnic, sunbathe, and enjoy beer next to the waterfall and pond. There is a basketball field in the park too.
7. The flat is considered a luxury residence by council standards due to its generous size and floor heating system. Living here, you'll find that other places seem smaller in comparison.

12. I'm managing this flat and traveling myself, so while I am not here you can stay. an Indian flatmate will leave in 2 months.

- You'll find a leisure park within a 5-minute walk, featuring a variety of dining options such as Nando's, Turkish restaurants, KFC, Burger King, a game center, bowling, pool, and a ping pong bar. They have half-price deals every Tuesday and Thursday for drinks and bowling.
- Next to our building is my office and a coffee shop that serves lunch for my office employees. You can eat breakfast and lunch there. There are also nearby bars, a Co-op, Persian food options, and a grocery store.
With just one word, this 2-bedroom flat is valued at £3,000 or more on the rental market (excluding bills). However, you will only pay £999. per month. I challenge you to find another property that offers everything this one does at the same price. I have always chosen to live in quality homes, and I’ve stayed here for 8 years because I haven’t found a comparable 2-bedroom flat (unfurnished and without bills) for less than £3,000.
