I am a live-in landlord. We have a spacious double en-suite room available in our 2-bed flat.

You will share the kitchen and living room with us. We also have a well-trained small dog living with us - so you will need to be pet-friendly!

The flat is situated only 5-min walk away from the Piccadilly Line, and 12-min walk from the Central Line.

We seek a respectful and peaceful tenant. No party animals, no smokers.

Furnished with a double bed, mattress, wardrobe, and work desk. All bills included.

Available to rent from 01/4/26 until 01/4/27.
