Doble room let in new built flat in Park Royal.

We are a gay family, living abroad and using the flat a couple of days per month (the occasional weekend once a month or so).

We have a double room available in a spacious, stylish contemporary apartment in Park Royal, with own bathroom (in hallway).

As we are out of the country a lot and only use the flat occasionally, it means you would have the flat to yourself most weekends. During the week the flat there is another tenant renting our room out Monday through Friday only.

HiSpeed Wifi, SkyTv and weekly cleaning service included. Share of water, electricity and heating/council Tax not included (roughly £100-150 per month).

The apartment has a balcony and is fully furnished. There is a landscaped private park available to residents and it is located only a short 5-10 minute walk to Park Royal and Hanger Lane stations (Picadilly and Central Lines). Street parking is available in nearby areas within 5-10 minutes walk from the flat).
