Doble room available Monday through Friday only in new built flat in Park Royal.

We are a gay family, living abroad and using the flat a couple of days per month (the occasional weekend once a month or so).

We have a double room with ensuite bathroom available in a spacious, stylish contemporary apartment in Park Royal, with a superking size bed.

There is another tenant renting another double bedroom.

HiSpeed Wifi, SkyTv and weekly cleaning service included. Share of water, electricity and heating/(roughly £15-25 per month). Non smoking in the property or in the balcony.

The apartment has a balcony and is fully furnished. There is a landscaped private park available to residents and it is located only a short 5-10 minute walk to Park Royal and Hanger Lane stations (Picadilly and Central Lines). Street parking is available in nearby areas within 5-10 minutes walk from the flat).
