Room in friendly relaxed family household + gym

Hello

We are a couple , English and Tunisian with a three year old son.
We have a beautiful clean flat with balcony and communal garden ..
We are very relaxed and welcoming and our last flatmate stayed for 5 years . We also used to do airbnb and were super hosts .
There is a communal gym available to use and a beautiful lake and garden area which can be seen from the balcony.

The bedroom is a big size with kingsize bed and big wardrobe..

Transport links are very good , Park Royal - Piccadilly and Hanger Lane - central .and bus stop , al within 5-10 mins walk.
There is a big Asda around 10 mins walk and a coop , coffe shop , Arabic/ Greek food store and dentist 3 minutes walk .

We are very happy to socialise and share a meal with you . Our previous flatmate became like family to us and we still see her now .

High speed internet included and gym use .
