Heya.
I am moving to Leeds to be closer to my new job, and therefore, I am looking for a new tenant (ASAP) to take my en-suite loft room in Hanger Lane/Park Royal (both tube stations are a 5-minute walk from the house).
This is a wonderful house in a lovely area, and there are four other super-friendly (and chatty) male tenants between the ages of 30-40(ish). Everyone gets on nicely, and I have never had any problems whilst I've been living here.
There is no deposit required, and all bills and Council Tax is included in the rent (which is sorted out by the landlord).
There is a front patio and a back garden, and two bathrooms (which I don't use, because the room comes with an en-suite bathroom). There's also a large shed/garage in the back garden for extra storage.
The room is a large, spacious, and airy bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom (a toilet, sink, and a shower), wooden flooring, a built-in wardrobe, storage cabinets, a desk (perfect for working from home), and you can see Wembley stadium from the bedroom window (lovely).
I am aiming to vacate this room by the weekend of the 29th/30th June, but I am open to negotiating on this, if you require the room a little earlier (we can discuss).
I am available for in-person and virtual viewings over WhatsApp on weekday evenings after 5.30PM, or at weekends.
Also, I have have a 3-minute video tour, which I can send to you over WhatsApp if you wish (the file was too large to attached to the ad).
And if you're interested in taking the room after all of the above, I can introduce you to the landlord, who will want to see proof-of-income/work, and he will most-likely require a reference from your employer, too.
