The flat is located in Park Royal on the 15th floor, so there are breathtaking sunsets, and the views are amazing. The sun faces the flat throughout the whole day.

Your room comes with a double bed with ottoman storage underneath, two bedside tables, two wardrobes, and a chest of drawers. You will be sharing the bathroom with one person.

The entire flat is 100m2, so it's quite spacious by London standards, and your room specifically is approximately 16m2. It originally came unfurnished, so everything you see is our own, but feel free to use it and treat it with care.

There is a Co-op right inside the building that is open until 10 pm every day. Otherwise, there's an 24/7 Asda 10 minutes' walk. Eight minutes walk from the house, you can find a Pure Gym, cinema, and lots of restaurants and takeaways. There is a communal park with a lake for the people who live within the building, which is great in the summer. There's also a communal rooftop terrace on the 23rd floor.

Park Royal station is a 5-minute walk, and Hanger Lane is a 10-minute walk. 10 minutes by a bus are Bakerloo or Overground and Elizabeth lines. It takes approximately 20 minutes to get to central London.

The flat comes equipped with a TV with Apple TV, smart light bulbs with Siri voice activation, apple homepods, smart doorbell, super high-speed internet (1000Mbps), a printer, smart speakers, air fryer, grill, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, and robotic aswell as regular mob/vacuum cleaner. Hello everyone, we are two guys from the Czech Republic, both 27 years old, and we are looking for a new flatmate as our third flatmate had to unexpectedly leave, so we're in quite a hurry to find someone new.

We both work in fashion and we would like to find someone find someone friendly, very neat and tidy, trustworthy, and easy-going flatmate who understands some basic house rules.

We're looking for someone of a similar age with similar interests. Again, must be very clean, trustworthy and easy going but also understands some basic house rules.

The Rent will be £1100 + bills which per person comes up to around 130£ per month. So expect the total to be approx £1230- £1250 max.
