Hey! I’m looking for a new housemate to join me in a lovely 2-bed flat as my current housemate is moving out mid-November. The available room is cozy, inviting, and ready to be made your own!

Rent: £1,065 per month
Bills: Around £130-150 per month (including WiFi, council tax, gas, electric, and water)

The flat is fully furnished and features a shared bathroom with a combined bath & shower, a spacious open-plan living/kitchen area, and a balcony with stunning views over London. There’s also plenty of storage space to make life easier. The room itself comes with two bedside cabinets, a three-door wardrobe, and a comfortable double bed.

Location:
- An 8-minute walk to Park Royal station (Piccadilly line)
- A 15-minute walk to Hangar Lane station (Central line)
- A 10-minute bus ride to Ealing Broadway (Elizabeth line)
- Park Royal is a mix of convenience and chilled. It’s a peaceful area. You’ll find everything you need nearby, from local cafes and restaurants (Nando’s, Five Guys, Tim Hortons) to PureGym and Asda (just 10 minutes away). Plus, Westfield Shopping Centre is a quick bus ride.

A bit about me: I work in the tech industry and spend about 3-4 days a week in the office. I love trying out new restaurants (always open to recommendations!) I enjoy a few Pilates classes, and relaxing with a good Netflix show.

I’m ideally looking for a friendly, clean and tidy flatmate who respects shared spaces. It’s perfectly fine if we have different interests—just looking for someone who is easygoing and considerate.

The flat is managed by an agency, so they’ll need about a month to check references. I’m hoping to find the right person by the end of September/Mid October (to allow the checks).
