Available Room in 2‑Bed Flat – Muslim Female Preferred
I need someone to take over my tenancy from end of August, in a two-bedroom, two-bathroom flat located in Bodiam Court. 4 lakeside Drive, UK. The other flatmates are couple and the wife is a full-time employee, very friendly, tidy, and respectful. The husband is rarely home as he travels for work. We keep this a strictly halal household, so we don’t cook pork—hence our preference for a Muslim sister who’s comfortable with that.
Room type: Furnishe double bed with private bathroom.
Flatmates: One current flatmate, female, working full-time and her husband works out of London so he is rarely home, they are both friendly and sociable
Kitchen & Living Area: Shared lounge, modern kitchen.
Bills: Council tax, utilities, broadband bills will be split in half.
Transport & Facilities:
Easy access to public transport: Bus stop is right infront of the building and is 10 minutes walk away from both Hanger Lane (central) and Park Royal (Piccadilly).
Close to Co-op and have big Asda nearby.
