2 double bedroom flat for rent, one occupied by myself, the owner.

The flat is 6 minutes walk from the Piccadilly line at Park Royal station and 15 minutes walk from the central line at Hanger Lane station.

There is a shared open plan living room/ kitchen area with a large balcony. The bedroom has a bed and wardrobes already, but any other items would have to be moved in. The bedroom has a door into the main bathroom, technically being an ensuite.

There is a garage underground with bike storage. The flat also has a parking space, which I am currently renting out to another resident for £150 per month, as I don’t have a car. Should you wish to use the space, you can do so for the same price.

Next to the flat is a big open park with a river flowing through, which is private to local residents only.

I’m a 24 year old professional working in Covent Garden Monday to Friday. I’m quite a chilled and easy going person that likes to come home and relax after work; cooking dinner, then watch a film or some tv.

I’m looking for a new flatmate who’s easy-going and up for a chat, but also cool with giving each other space when needed. I’m quite social and happy to hang out, whether that’s over dinner, a drink, or just chilling, but I also like some downtime here and there.

I don’t mind if you have mates over, as long as it’s respectful of the flat. I’m not super strict about cleaning — I keep shared spaces tidy, but I’m fine with leaving the dishes till the next day sometimes.

I do quite a bit of cooking and happy to share meals if you’re into that too (as long as we split costs fairly). Mostly just looking for someone reliable, friendly, and easy to live with.
