En suite double room in Park Royal

After 8 years I'm moving out! My attic bedroom with its own small bathroom (toilet, sink and shower) is going to o be available. The house has a garden (paved with a cherry tree) and washing machine. The rent is £590pcm and covers all bills, including BT Infinity high speed broadband.
It's not a party house. We all get up early on different days so we're looking for someone who can respect that- we don't play loud music or have lots of people over all the time (or in lockdown, at all!) We also have a cleaning rota and we're particular about sticking to it.

You are allowed to smoke in the garden but not in the house.

The area is quiet and safe and everything you need is local; Hanger Lane (Central Line) and Park Royal (Piccadilly line) tube stations are both about 10 minutes' walk away if you need to get into Central London, there's a bus from the end of the road to Ealing Broadway (about 10 mins away on the bus) which has most of the shops you find on the average high street and a National Rail link, and if you catch it the other way there's a big Asda five minutes down the road.
