There is one double room available in a 3 bed apartment.

I'm a former flatmate looking for someone nice to take my place.
The flat is shared with a young woman in one of the rooms, and a professional couple on the other. The room available comes furnished with bed and built in wardrobe.

The flat is in Parsons Green, just a few minutes walk from the tube and shops, we have Sainsbury's, Co-Op and Waitrose all within 5 minutes walking, and a lot of stores from the zone.

The flat has a spacious kitchen, fully fitted with modern appliances with everything you'd want: 1 big fridge, separate freezer, microwave and washing machine. We have a good sized shared living room with big television and BT box and separate toilet from the bathroom.

The rent of the room is £740 without bills. For couples the rent is £50 more.

Bills are approximately £40-£60ish per month per person.

There is no fixed term so you can move out whenever you want, you just have to find someone to replace you.
