Big double room in house share Fulham

Hello,
I am advertising this big double room in a great sociable house share in Fulham.

We are a fun house with one couple, and two girls! We like to go out for dinner and share a bottle of wine occasionally, most of the time we watch movies together & have a chat in the kitchen whilst cooking.

The room has plenty of space, it comes furnished with a bed, chest of drawers and two wardrobes.
The rest of the house is very spacious with a TV (including SKY and a chrome cast) a lounge area and dining table.
A great spacious kitchen with all appliances, plenty of cupboard space, fridge and freezer.
There are two bathrooms, however we split them evenly between the number of people in the house. This means you will only be sharing with one other housemate! A terrace which is great in the summer months with a glass of wine and a plate of cheese, lastly a cellar for more storage space.

The monthly rent includes all bills as well as cleaning products and communal usage products (toilet paper/dishwashing liquid etc.)
