We have one double bedroom to let in a 3 bedroom maisonette in Parsons Green. The living area is open plan with a lot of natural light. Currently our dining room table is doubling as a work from home station, but usually the kitchen/dining area is perfect for hosting. Overall a great social space.
- - The property - -
The flat location is really ideal for pubs, restaurants (did someone say brunch again) and green spaces. Fulham is barely 20 minutes walk away and if you want a proper coffee you are looking in the right area. There's a Waitrose, COOP and Sainsburys within a 10-minute radius, and a much larger Sainsburys approx. 20 minutes walk away. The district line is very close and there are lots of bus routes too.

We are two female young professionals (27 and 29) and quite independent Mon-Fri but love a glass of wine or two to relax after a long week. Active in all senses: gym, brunch, going out in general and love to make the most of the weekend!
Bills are split between us and are additional to the rent. (Council Tax band C)
**Please note, due to the fact that we have already had a rent increase earlier this year, the additional rent that we have received for signing a new lease now has been added to the new tenant.**
We will aim to get back to you by mid-June.
