-Bedroom door is lockable
-windows are double glazed, hold the heat
-fibrotic broadband throughout the house
The kitchen is fully set up and you'd be able to use all the items in there. It’s a very well equipped kitchen. There are two fridge/freezers. Two ovens so it’s easy for everyone to cook.
You would have access to an iron and ironing board, also a washing machine and tumble dryer.
The house vibe: like to have nights in during the week, occasionally have friends around for dinner. Weekends tend to be similar.
Looking for someone who does most of their socialising out of the house just to stop the house feeling too full.
Looking for a working professional who doesn’t need to work from home. We prefer to have the house clear in the day so no one is working/on calls in the communal areas.
You would be asked to sign a contract and to provide two references. This agreement would be a rolling monthly contract from the outset which gives all parties flexibility with the option of an initial fixed term.
