Parsons Green Double room available 17th March

Hey, we’re looking for a new housemate to move into our place from the 17th of March. Rent is £890 bills includes and deposit.

We’ve a lovely 4 bedroom bright house, lots of space a sun filled garden which has been handy over Covid, big living room and separate dining room. We’re a minutes walk from Parsons Green station and 10 minute walk from Fulham Broadway.

The location is ideal with the Green less than 5 minutes away, pubs like the White Horse/Mitre walking distance which all have outdoor beer gardens which will be coming in handy soon!
Great brunch spots like Megans and coffee shops, Gails, District and supermarkets all down within metres of our home.

The current housemates are 3 working professionals aged between 28-29. They’re all lovely and am going to miss them when I leave.!
Ellen, British, works in events, enjoys a glass of wine at night, Gails and is member of the local gym.
Charlotte, Aussie, a primary teacher, loves an evening stroll and chat, will happily binge watch TV/Movies.
Niamh, Irish, working in physiotherapy. She’s into yoga, very creative and loves a glass of wine in the evening or on the weekends.

The girls are really easy going and up for a laugh and when things open I’m sure Sunday drinks/roasts will soon become routine, they also have their own friends in London and very much enjoy doing their own thing. I’ll be so sad to leave but couldn’t sing their praises more.
