One beautiful and sunny double bedroom available in Parsons Green with private bathroom.

This is a two bed two bathroom flat and you will be sharing with one other female flatmate. We are very conveniently located on Fulham High Street and the flat is an approx. 3 minute walk from Putney Bridge Station, which is in Zone 2 and on the District line.

Rent excludes bills (they are c. £150 a month each) and is split 50/50 between tenants and we are Band E for council tax in Hammersmith and Fulham Borough. Our tenancy is up for an expected rent review in mid July and you would be added formally onto the tenancy agreement.

The flat is very spacious and always sunny - we are west facing so get sun all afternoon and evening. There is central heating, under floor heating in the bathrooms and you will have your own air conditioning unit in your bedroom (useful for summer!).

Please note that the bedroom is furnished with a bed and not the side tables as these belonged to a previous tenant. The rest of the flat is furnished.

My current flatmate is moving out to live with a friend, so you will be living with me, Monique. I am 35 years old and originally from Australia, and work in law.
