We have two rooms available in a wonderful flat located between Parsons Green and Putney Bridge. It's a great location, close to shops, bars, and restaurants, with both tube stations just a 5-minute walk away.

The flat will be shared by three people, and we are looking for a working professional or a mature student who respects the rules and living standards of the other flatmates.

The flat features a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious bathroom with a bath and shower, a separate toilet, and a large outdoor terrace with seating. There is no reception room.

We are seeking someone to take over the contract from 1.08 to 21.08. The rent for this period would be £460, excluding bills. The deposit is £820, which will be refunded on the day you move out.
