Quiet Fulham room for a female

I have a very quiet room to let in a very quiet house and Fulham street. Safe area. There is shared bathroom and kitchen. Two females in the house and a rescue cat. Due to work we do not have people over & there are no parties or loud music etc. This room will only suit someone who wants the same. It is room only. The house is basic but safe. There is no: garden, balcony, en suite etc. The room is newly decorated with new bed and mattress. Newish furniture, laminate floor. Please only contact if you are working and this is what you are looking for or it would be just wasting our time. Definitely No Working From Home. This place is not a business premises or some ones office overflow. Nobody who feels they can't clean up after themselves or clean the kitchen and bathroom need apply. Rent due 4 weekly not monthly. The place is just basic not a modern Fulham place but it is clean, safe and a sanctuary after a stressful working day.
