2 spacious rooms going in Parsons Green houseshare

We’re an easy-going, sociable group of 2 girls 2 guys. But 1 of the girls & 1 of the guys are heading off to other countries in Jan/Feb, so we have TWO rooms in a fun, lovely super well-located flat.

You: A nice person. Laid-back. Considerate, Will help keep the flat clean, chilled, and also be good value at the pub or our famous flat parties.

The flat: Big kitchen and big living room. Living room particularly good. Two bathrooms, one shower. Room for everyone to have their own separate WFH space, including an actual separate office room(!). All the amenities - dishwasher, combo washer/dryer, big oven and grill, big hob and two fridge-freezers. Projector in the living room for films, Great British Bake Off, whatever.

The area: Great. Between Putney and Fulham, easily walkable to the river and good parks and LOADS of good pubs. Close to supermarkets. Five minutes from the District Line, pretty quick buses to Piccadilly Line. If you drive there’s lots of side streets you can park in.

The rooms:

Room 1: Available from mid-Jan (can be flexible). Middling size (3.7m x 3.7m if that means anything to you). Comes furnished including double bed, loads of storage, lots of built-in storage including a proper vintage wardrobe. Room for a desk too if you’re WFH. Nice and light, and tucked away at back of flat so a bit quieter. £736/month.

Room 2: Available end of Jan - early Feb. Middling size (4.1m x 3.5m if that means anything to you) comes furnished including double bed, plenty of storage and room for a desk too if you’re WFH. Window looks out onto high street so can be a bit noisy. But nice and high up on the third floor, so it’s bright and a great dog watching spot. £695/month.

Bills are around £100/month for everything, inc. wifi. A steal, we tell ya.
