I am a 30yo female professional who leads an active and social lifestyle. I have a hybrid home/office work set up, and at the weekends I spend my time at my local rowing club in Putney, cycling with friends, going out to eat, or just chilling at home. Looking ideally for someone who has a similar lifestyle, but not imperative!

Deposit is one month rent cost upfront (£1300), which includes bills. Full details as follows:

- 2 minute walk from Parsons Green station, 1 minute walk from Eel Brook Common
- 3 bed house with one room occupied by myself and partner, the other room currently occupied by 27yo professional female
- Kitchen and shared bathroom newly refurbished
- Outdoor patio with a storage unit for bikes if applicable
- Bills include Wi-Fi, council tax, gas/electric, water, and cleaner 2x per month
