Flat in Parsons

Hello!!

We are looking for a friendly and tidy person to treat the flat as their home. Being tidy and clean is an absolute must. We are taking care of the house cause we want a peaceful environment where everyone feels at home.

The flat is a 5-6 min walk from Parsons Green Station and 7-8min walk from Fulham Broadway station. There’s a great number of buses with good connections.

The flat is close to lots of shops, pubs, and gyms, so you have everything near.

It’s a 5min walk from Sainsbury's, Waitrose, and Co-op. Also, we have an 8 walk a Boots and a Superdrug.

We are both from Brazil and we work as full-time nannies, therefore, we have a busy schedule and we appreciate quiet time at home. Party people are not welcome.

Included bills: water/internet and consul tax.
not included bills: electricity and gas (we usually spend £60/70 each person during winter)
