Large Double room

Hi,
We have a large double bedroom available from the 31st of July.
Bedroom 4 is rented initially for 6 months as trial period before rolling contract monthly.
The room has a double bed, desk and ample storage (wardrobe+ chest of drawers+ under bed storage). Price for this room include most bills (gas and electricity excluded with a current price of 49£ monthly)
The house has 2 bathrooms + small toilet to be shared with 3 other housemates. The house is a Victorian house with plenty of common areas for either chatting to people in the house or chill out of the bedroom.
We are in a quiet residential area 2 mins walk from Parson's Green (District line) and parking is available on the street at a cost or permit (not included in rent).
This is not the general houseshare, we treat this place like a home and we want you to feel the same. So we are looking for clean housemates, who know how to respect others' personal space and belongings.
We are 3 friendly professionals who enjoy the general chat and drink/meal together but also respect each other's space. The occasional guests/ dinner with friends is welcome during the weekend but this is absolutely not a party house.
The rent includes most bills, TV, wifi and cleaning of common areas once a week.
