I’m begrudgingly moving out of the flat to move in with my girlfriend. I’ve really enjoyed living here the past year and a half. The flat and location are both great, and you will be living with my flat mate, who is incredibly friendly and lovely.

The Flat:
The flat layout is over multiple floors which makes it feel really spacious. The bedroom has a double bed, mattress, built in wardrobe, and drawers, and it faces the back of the flat so is nice and quiet. It has two fully equipped identical bathrooms, which means you will have your own bathroom. It has a fantastic open lounge and kitchen area, with a space reserved for you to have a desk if you work from home. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, and washing machine. The lounge has 2 big sofas.

The Location:
The flat is in an amazing location, about a 15-20 min walk to Fulham Broadway and Parsons Green tube station, and a 5 min walk to Wandsworth Town overground. There’s a huge Sainsbury’s within a 5 min walk, and loads of restaurants, pubs and bars nearby.
