The flat is in a beatiful location, situated on a quiet residential street within 'Munster Village' in Parsons Green. It is a 5 minute walk from the picturesque Bishop's Park with access to tennis courts, cafe's and the Thames Path. As well as local amenites on Fulham Palace Road and in Parsons Green to enjoy.
Parsons Green and Putney Bridge Tube (District Line) are both within a 15 minutes walk (0.7 miles), as well as several bus routes which will take you in and out of central London.
The pretty Victorian ground floor flat comes fully furnished with a modern fitted kitchen and living room. We also have a pleasant outside space with a sizable garden and BBQ out the back.
The front bedroom available has a stunning large bay window with plenty of light and wardrobe space for storage. Bed and mattress are included, as well as room for a desk to work from home. The other room is occupied by a 28 year old male who is also the landlord (We’re ideally looking for someone who is in the office most days as I tend to WFH on Monday's and Friday's).
We share the bills which come to about £100 each per month (water, gas & electrcity, wifi.)
The rental contract will be for one year from November 1st 2025 to 2026.
