Large double room near parsons green

We have a large double bedroom available from the 15th of february.
Bedroom#1 is rented on permanent basis for a minimum of 6months.
The room has a double bed, and ample storage (large fitted wardrobe+ under bed storage+ chest of drawers and a desk TV is not included). Price for this room include all bills apart from gas/electricity (currently 65£ per month per person)
The house has 2 bathrooms + small toilet to be shared with 2 other housemates. The house is a Victorian house with plenty of common areas for either chatting to people in the house or chill out of the bedroom.
We are in a quiet residential area 5 Min walk from Parson's green (District line) and parking is available on the street at a cost or permit (not included in rent).
This is not the general houseshare, we want the people living in the house to feel at home and we want you to feel the same at treat it accordingly. So we are looking for clean housemates, who knows how to respect others' personal space and belongings.
In the house there currently are 2 friendly professionals who enjoy the general chat and drink/meal together but also respect each other's space. The occasional guests/ dinner with friends is welcome during the weekend but this is absolutely not a party house.
The rent is inclusive of TV, wifi and cleaning of common areas once a week.
