Great single room in lovely house with access to all amenities, front and back garden and situated on a central courtyard garden. Landlady lives in very part time and another female lodger in place. The room is really lovely and the house is very clean and modern. You have a sitting room as well that you are welcome to use when landlady is not at the house. Rent is 875 and bills are another 150 on top so total is 1025 GBP per month with bills which are higher but I pay the higher amount.
It's a lovely quiet house in a quiet neighbourhood. so I would prefer someone who is quiet and does not h ave lots of friends around.
Room can be double or single. It has a single bed at the moment but a double bed can be put in if you would prefer this option.
