Sunny Flat In Parsons Green Fulham

We are looking for two new flatmates to join us.
Both of us are recent graduates and have been onboarded on our career journey.

The flat is located 5 min walk from Parsons Green Station on a quiet street in a very safe and beautiful residential area.

The sun always makes its way into the home and surprisingly it's neither too hot nor too cold here.

The current situation as it stands- our landlord requires a 3-month advance payment + deposit to renew the lease.

Total cost is £2,900 to pay every quarterly (3months) + deposit
