Double room in two-bedroom garden apartment

The room is available from the 9th of July. The ground-floor two-bedroom flat has access to a beautiful private garden. Living room (furniture will be changed), bathroom and kitchen will be shared. The flat is located in a quiet street, a five minute walk from Parsons Green station.

About current flatmate:
I’m 30 years old and from the Netherlands. During the week I’m very busy with work, so mostly have quiet evenings. I have an active lifestyle and love pilates and tennis. During the weekend I enjoy going out for brunch or drinks at the pub.

I’m looking for a flatmate who is very clean, organised and respectful. This is not a party house, so I’m looking for someone with a similar lifestyle. I work 2 to 3 days per week in the office, ideally the new flatmate also spends a few days per week in the office.
