Description
Unfortunately I’ve managed to get on the property ladder and I’m leaving my flatmate of 4 years behind, Andy.
Andy is a keen chef, gym goer and world traveller. Ideally he is looking for someone easy going to share the flat with who has some similar interests, and wants to have a tidy homely flat. We have fairly busy work schedules but come together for occasional meals/pints/cinema trips. We sometimes cook together or go to the pub, but also have our own busy lives.
Andy is originally from New Zealand currently working in Sales for a Healthcare company.
The flat is well presented and done up to a decent standard (unlike a lot of the horror shows out there in London). It’s split level between a first and second floor flat of a Victorian terraced street, which is nice as it gives some space so it doesn’t feel cramped. It gets loads of natural light which is lovely
The flat has two bathroom which is handy in the mornings and it’s also two mins walk from a huge Sainsburys, so stocking up on heavy items is easy. It’s right by the river too, so great for any runners out there. Plus great cafes and pubs 5-10mins walking distance.
The available bedroom is unfurnished although the rest of the flat is furnished. Bills are separate and average £160.
If you’re interested in the place let me know a little bit about yourself.
