Lovely 1 Double Bedroom in Parsons Green SW6

I'm currently renting my friend's lovely 2-bedroom flat; he moved to Dubai a couple of years ago. My current flatmate is moving out on the 1st of May, so I'm on the lookout for a new flatmate.

A bit about the place: it's a charming 2-storey flat with two double bedrooms and a bathroom on the top floor. Downstairs, there's a kitchen, living room, laundry room, and a lovely little garden. The flat is conveniently located, just a 12-minute walk from Parsons Green underground station, a 10-minute walk from Wandsworth Town Station, and 20 minutes from Clapham Junction. The area is wonderful, right next to the river with Wandsworth Bridge only 2 minutes away, and there's a massive Sainsbury's nearby for all your shopping needs.

As for me, I work full-time with TFL on a rota basis. In my free time, I enjoy playing football, spending time on my Playstation, or hanging out with my girlfriend. I'm very easy-going and would be happy for you to have your partner or friends over too – the flat is spacious enough to accommodate.

I'm looking for a clean and tidy flatmate to move in. The rent is £1350 per month, which includes all bills. As a bonus, since I work for TFL, you'll get free travel on all TFL services.
