About us: We are 26-27 and mostly met on spare room, but we are now besties! We are a mix of office workers and WFH. We spend a lot of time together with cosy evenings in and weekend cuteness, but also love to go on nights out (pubs/raves/general mooching)! We are super excited for someone to join us for summer fun woop! 🩷
We are looking for a sociable gal who wants to make friends! We also have a balcony and terrace for some outside space.
Important bits :
£950 a month including council tax and water, other utilities are shared amongst us and on average about £100 a month.
We are less than a 10 mins walk from Parsons Green tube (district line), and less than 15 mins from Fulham Broadway. There is permit parking, and you can get a permit for a full year if you need it.
Room is available around 12th of August.
