Great location, 8 min walk to Parsons Green station, Tesco across the road and lots of nearby cafes and restaurants.
The room is unfurnished, however there is a built in wardrobe which provides great hanging and shelf space, the rest of the flat is furnished. Room is large enough to fit a king size bed (as shown in pictures) as well as a desk so suitable for those wfh. Sharing a bathroom with one other and an additional toilet. Bills are not included but come to around £90-150 depending on the time of year.
You would be sharing with my current flatmate Emily, who is 28 and the best to live with! Very sociable and looking for future flatmates who enjoy a catch up in the evening, a drink at one of the many nearby pubs or a running buddy, whilst someone who also is happy to relax after work and has their own social circles. Emily enjoys cycling, running and swimming as well as catching up with friends over dinner and going for a post work drink. Also a big Swiftie and attending the eras tour for the second time this summer!
Opportunity to initially sublet for 1- 2months. Then option to take over the tenancy upon completion of referencing checks through the agent and payment of deposit £1269.23 (couldn’t ad the exact amount on the ad). Rent of £1075 is due on 28th of the month.
There is flexibility with dates and this can be discussed.
Room can be furnished throughout the sublet period.
There may also be a second room available in the flat at a later date, so you may be one of two new flatmates moving in. The other flatmate is confirming dates as the landlord wants us to move out at the same time, which affects when this room would be available to permanently takeover the tenancy. Tenancy runs until July 2025.
