I have lived in the flat for 3 years and some change after moving from West Ken. My current flatmate unfortunately has to move countries due to a family emergency.
The room is available ASAP.

- Someone who doesn't mind supplementing good quality supplies for the flat.
- A flatmate who is a clear, concise and good communicator.
- Someone who enjoys living in a clean environment.
Flatmate’s share of the rent:
£1050 PCM + bills.
- Next renewal is June 2025.
- H&F Council Tax is the third lowest in the country.
- Flatmate must have a UK guarantor to pass the agency's referencing process (dependant on income).
