Our current housemate is moving in with her boyfriend and we are looking for a new housemate to renew our two-year lease. This gorgeous four bedroom terraced house (with garden) is located on a quiet side street in the heart of parsons green.

- Large 3 story 4 bedroom house with separate living room, dining room, kitchen, toilet, bathroom and garden.
- Your bedroom will be on the top floor. The room comes unfurnished and there is space for a double bed, side tables, a desk and wardrobes. The en-suite bathroom has both a bath and shower.

🚆 TRANSPORT
- 8 minute walk to Parson Green Underground.
- 12 minute walk to Putney Bridge Underground.
- 20 minute walk to Putney Train Station.
- Several bus stops 2 minutes away including night bus routes.

💅🏽 YOUR HOUSEMATES
- Tash (29) works for an investment bank managing events, you'll find her someone in the world travelling.
- Nadia (31) works as a key account manager in fashion, you'll find her working on couture fits for major Brand houses.
- Bre (27) works as an account manager in a recruitment firm, you'll find her placing future CEO's.
- All of us get on really well and are looking for someone to be a friend rather than just a housemate. We all cook together most nights, go out /to the pub together, gym / attend classes / play sport together (Nadia runs a tennis social in Fulham). Host dinner parties or BBQ's.

🗒️ DETAILS
- Exact move in date TBC looking to be end of October.
- Bills are managed by us and split equally, working out roughly to £150 per month.
- We rent via Winkworths and pay our rent on the 22nd of each month.
- Winkworks will require a full referencing check and require a full time employee earning over £39,000.
