Large Double Room-Parsons Green

We are looking for our third musketeer to join our home as our lovely current housemate is moving back to Aus! We are two girls, Selina (28 who works in marketing) and J (31 who is an area business manager) who love to hang out together and are also busy with our own friends. We like to keep it low key during the week and get up early for the gym and on weekends we love to host a dinner or BBQ but we are absolutely not a party house. We’re pretty active, love traveling, cheese and wine nights, pub quizzes and making the most of London life.

We are looking for:
- Female, aged 28-38
- Someone who works most the time in the office (a couple days from home is fine and happy to keep current desk in room)
- Who is keen to become friends with their housemates☺️
- Contributes to cleaning and is happy to chip in for a fortnightly cleaner
- Must pass right to rent check & have appropriate salary
- Looking to move around the 27th November

⁃ Close to boutique shops, great cafes, bars and restaurants (2 min walk from CO-OP and Tesco)

⁃ Reliable and really helpful landlord
⁃ King sized bedroom with shutters
⁃ Large bathroom with shower and bath (shared with one other person)
⁃ Room is unfurnished (with wardrobe) or option to buy bed frame/newly purchased Emma mattress, bedside tables, desk, chest of draws from Made) and the rest of the house is beautifully furnished

Price:
-£1300 per month
-Bills approx £150 per month
-Plus cleaner and shared house kitty
-Deposit £1327
-12 month lease (6 month break clause)
