I'm moving in with my boyfriend at the end of October and so I'm looking for a lovely replacement tenant to take my place in the contract and to live with my friend, Alice in our gorgeous flat.
About flat/contract:
- Pictures taken before we moved in so some of the furniture is different
- 6 month contract (with a strong potential to extend, we have a very good relationship with the Landlord who is brilliant)
- 1st November, move in date
- Agency will undertake checks and references
- All paperwork and deposit paid by September 29th
- Bills excluded
- Less than 1 minute away from Parsons Green tube
- 15 minute walk to Fulham Broadway
- Surrounded by high street shops, coffee shops, restaurants, bars, Waitrose, Co-op etc
- If you work from home, there is space for a large desk in the living room that you could use (I'd be happy to sell mine on to you. It's a standing desk with the option to lower it for seated too)
- Alice has an ensuite so the bathroom pictured will be your main bathroom
- There is plenty of storage space
- The flat is so spacious and flooded with light, I adore it!
About existing flatmate:
Alice (who you will be living with) and I have lived together for almost 2 years having met on Spareroom. Living with Alice has been great; she's a lovely person, so kind-hearted and thoughtful, respectful and good fun! Whilst we both have enjoyed our independent lives and social plans we've also laughed over bottles of wine in the evening and spent time with each other's friends.
If you're looking for a flat share that feels more than just a London base - more like a home with a good friend - then this absolutely will tick all of the boxes. Oh, and it's always so sparkly and clean so we'd want for that to continue!
About the room:
- I've moved it around since the photos were taken and have added two extra clothes rails (I'd be willing to sell these to you)
- It comes with a double bed, 2 x bedside cabinets, 1 x wardrobe and 2 x bedside lamps
