My flatmate and I have had last-minute job offers abroad so will be relocating outside of London this coming October. We are looking for two people to take over our tenancy for our 2 bedroom flat in Parsons Green, SW6.
The flat is lovely and has a lot of natural light, it is conveniently located - less than a 5-minute walk to Parsons Green tube station - and is near lots of supermarkets (Waitrose, Sainsbury's, Tesco etc). Lots of nice pubs nearby as well!
One of the rooms is bigger than the other, my flatmate and I split the rent equally but whoever takes over the tenancy can choose to do this differently,
Rent comes up at £2500 total - bills excluded. House already has super fast wifi installed so it would only be a matter of changing the name on the contract.
Flat is furnished except for the dinner table/chairs and some other bits which we purchased and are taking with us.
