I am very sad to be leaving this flat. It is located in Parsons Green (Fulham) which is an incredible location and the flatmates are also amazing.

There’s also a local Sainsbury’s less than a minute away, The white Horse pub, Bishop’s Park is within 5min, The Little Blue door is also 2 minutes away, lots of cafes, and restaurants around!

The area is extremely safe and there’s also a lot of things to do. There are lots of 20-35 years old and families around.

Rent is 1062£ with bills included.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven and washing machine.
It is managed by an agency called Mind the Flat. They are absolutely great and provide us with free 24/7 maintenance if needed.
It is a 6 months contract that is easily renewable.

There are three flatmates:
F 23, architecture student from the UK.
F 22, from New Zealand, studying to become a Pilates instructor.
M 23, from the UK and works in the civil service.

Honestly, this flat is perfect for anyone starting their first job or just leaving uni.
