I am looking for somebody to replace me as I am moving closer to work.

Rent is £900 pcm. Couples welcome, for an additional £100 pcm.
There is an additional charge of £42 pcm for council tax.

Some utility bills are included, but gas and electricity is topped up by all tenants periodically. This usually comes to no more than £20 per month per person.

Spacious room furnished with:
- Double bed
- 2 Built-in wardrobes with cupboards above
- Sofa
- Small desk & chair

Sharing 2 bathrooms (2 toilets, 2 showers) and kitchen with 3 other flatmates.

Kitchen is fully fitted with fridge, freezer, plenty of cupboard space, oven and a washer/dryer.
