Double Room in Parsons Green

Looking for a housemate in our cosy flat in Parsons Green. The room is in our 3 bedroom flat from 3rd November 2024 until 3rd September 2025 with the possibility of a rolling contract from then.

The room has 2 built in storage wardrobes and a lovely window letting in lots of natural light. Current housemate is planning on leaving the bed and wardrobe if required.

The flat is 10 minutes from Parsons Green and Putney Bridge station (district line) and 15 mins from imperial wharf overground station. With buses at the end of the road going into central London too. Parsons Green has lots of lovely pubs and brunch spots just 10 minute walk away.

We are two working professionals (26 + 27) who enjoy cosy nights in the flat, are keen to cook dinners together occasionally but also enjoy our own hobbies and space too. We both work full time at the office/hospital so preferably would be looking for someone who also doesn’t work from home. There isn’t room for a desk in the living room but there could be space in the bedroom if necessary.

Rose (26) - a neuro occupational therapist at local hospital. Enjoys netball and cooking/baking!

Emily (27) - works in conservation. Enjoys tennis, climbing and running.

We’re looking for a 3rd person to enjoy our flat with us. Plan to host viewings at the flat on Wednesday 9th October.

Price: £850 per month excluding bills. Bills usually come to just under £100 each per month.
Deposit: amount TBC but we paid 5 weeks of rent previously
