I have a double room with own bathroom available immediately in a lovely, newly refurbished flat in Parsons Green, just 7 minutes walk to the tube. The flat is situated in a quiet, secure, small gated development off fashionable Fulham Road, with a wide selection of shops, restaurants, bars and pubs. As well as a double bedroom and own bathroom you would have use of the large sitting room and kitchen. I am a 21 years old, currently doing a work placement in Victoria. I enjoy eating out, going to bars, shopping and sports as well as chilling, nights in and a good laugh. I am looking for a female or male flatmate of similar age who would be fun and considerate to share with. £1100 per month plus bills.
