Double Room In Parsons Green

hello!

we will soon have one double bedroom available at our home in parsons green - the room includes a double bed and a wardrobe.

the flat is a 5 minute walk from pg station, 7 min walk from fulham broadway and a couple of minutes away from the bus stop to central london. we are a few minutes walk away from sainsburys, coop, waitrose and north end road so its a great location.

we are a chilled, friendly household who all get along, and respect that we each have our own lives and like to come home to relax after a long hellish day at work lol.

we are looking for someone who is also very chill and considerate that it’s a shared space, so being clean and tidy is a must. we are ideally looking for a woman in her late 20s early 30s, who doesn’t wfh or atleast not full time, and is dog/mog friendly (this is a must🐱)
this is not a party household so if that’s the vibe you’re looking for, this isn’t for you lol

the bills vary every month but come to approx £60-£80 in winter months and drop to around £50ish in the summer.

deposit is TBC with landlord who is lovely and lives in Italy, but is very generous and really wants all her tenants to feel happy in her home.
