Cosy Flat In Parsons Green

My flatmates are moving out of our lovely flat in Parsons Green so I am looking for someone to take over from the 1st January. I have someone lined up for one room, and am looking for a 3rd flatmate.

🏡 The flat:
The flat has 3 bedrooms, a living room, a shared bathroom and compact kitchen. It is basically furnished by the landlord. Other bedroom furniture can be purchased from the old flatmate. You also have private use of the hall closet.

It has great transport links with 10 min walk to Parson Green station on the district line and not far from the overground. It is opposite the Hurlingham Club and not far from the Thames. It is close to some great local pubs and cafes/restaurants, walks and parks. Also had supermarkets nearby.

💰Rent:
Rent is approx £900 plus bills (roughly £140 per month), depending on which ever room you take. It is also a 12 month contact.

👯‍♀️ Flatmates:
You’ll be living with 2 great girls Lauren and Hannah from Australia. We are looking for someone chill and easy going, that likes to go for a drink/watch tv/movies every now and then but also respects each other’s space. I am a teacher and Hannah is in fashion. I’m in my thirties and she’s in her twenties.
