This house features 2 bathrooms (bath/shower) + 1 separate toilet, a living room with Smart TV, and a kitchen/dining room equipped with major appliances, including a large fridge, washer/dryer, and dishwasher. Relax in the garden patio with a table and chairs! 😌

This area boasts excellent transport links with a short (15 min) walk to both Parsons Green (Tube) and Wandsworth Town (Overground into Vauxhall and Waterloo). 🚇

- Jeyda (27): Enjoys fitness and wellness, brunches, coffee dates, dinners out, and local pubs.

We believe great housemate chemistry is key, so you'll have the opportunity to meet them before moving in! 💯

THE BILLS 💷
The bills include gas, electricity, water, council tax, superfast broadband, TV license, bi-weekly cleaner, and in-house maintenance service to swiftly deal with any issues that may come up. The bills come to £100 per month (in addition to the monthly rent), and they are all managed for you by us.👍
